5. Do not check the expiration date on food
The first thing it should do is check the expiration date, but unfortunately many people do not care about that. Though the food or beverage that has expired can cause poisoning with symptoms of nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
6. Do not bathe pets
Pets are just like other living things that need to be cleaned to be free of fleas and other parasites. For that bathe pets regularly to avoid any kind of disease that can infect humans.
7. Too old to watch television
This is always done while watching television is a salty snack foods, high calorie and fatty foods. This is a combination of unhealthy and can lead to obesity so it becomes a risk factor for many diseases.
