TIP OF THE DAY....

When starting the Liv SXinney lifestyle be sure to eat at least 5 to 6 small meals a day. Have 3 main meals consisting of protein, complex carb and a veggie along with 2 or 3 protein snacks. And drink at least 3 or 4 oz of Liv SXinney Water in your 80 oz of filtered water beginning in the morning into the evening. Take cRave along with it, I suggest people take no less than 4 packets a day. If you're addicted to sugar, salt or caffeine you may need 5 or 6 packets throughout the day. If you take what your body requires then you should not crave junk food at all - literally! Be patient as well, it will take a few weeks to reprogram your body, but eventually you'll be there. Have fun and enjoy the journey!

Today is such a great day! My kids are home for school!!!!! Yeah!!!! I'm beyond excited! Summer is the life that I love more than anything! I love the smell of the fresh morning air, to hear the birds singing, and to have barbeque's in our back yard. I wish summer latest for at least 4 months... but at least it's finally here! :)

I worked out this morning and did great! I'm happy to have the energy to do cardio again. I'm telling you what I feel so excited to have energy again! I'm off to go play with my kids and ride my horses. I'll touch base this evening to report on my diet. I'm going to do great for sure!

TIP OF THE DAY....

To help with your midday cravings for munchies take cRave throughout the day. I suggest starting out with a packet in the morning, another at noon and then at midday. I want to snack on munchies around 2 to 4 pm, so I take a cRave around 1:30 pm to stop it before it hits. And then in the evening about a hour after dinner I take another one if I feel I need it. cRave is a phenomenal product on so many levels. I literally do not have desires for yucky foods anymore like I use to. My body prefers to eat clean when I take cRave. And of course you'll want to drink SXinney Water along with it. If you do this you'll have the perfect ammunition to fight off the sugary, salty snacks that we all love/hate to eat. You'll feel stronger, healthier and empowered by doing so! So don't forget your cRave! :)

Hey there!

Yesterday was such a great day! I love summer soooooo much!!! My kids are psyched for school to be out - only one more day! Yeah!!! Now if the weather will just stay sunny & in the 80's for the next few weeks I'll be in absolute heaven!

Today's going to be a great day too! I have a lot to do, but it's all good. I'm so excited to be able to get out and meet new and exciting people. I love sharing Liv SXinney with strangers, I enjoy making new new friends. I'm telling you what, life really is so good! It's my intention to attract like minded people that want to build a business with ZXoom as I do. The energy behind it is incredible! Seriously! Since I've had this in my life, not only is the SXinney Water giving me tons more energy, but I'm so much happier, and I'm a happy girl naturally. It's just all amazing, I keep pinching myself - I love it sooo much!

Oh ya, the last two days I've eaten well, except for last night, my sister came over and I had chips (from the health store) and cottage cheese with salsa.... I wasn't pleased with my choice to say the least. Chips have way too much fat & sodium for my liking. So I'm promising here and now to eat clean for the next month! Wow! How about that! It will be hard with the delicious summer foods but it will be well worth it. I'll allow myself to have a cheat meal once a week - but I'm going to try to avoid that as well. And I'll try to get my diet written each night as well... if I have time. My family's first however, so if I have down time and can fit it in to my evening I be sure to jot it down.

Anyway, I better get downstairs and exercise now. I'm excited to get going, I've had my SW so I'm ready to go! Have a great day!

Today's Diet:

I did well today, I had too many almonds, but what's new? I'm still proud of myself. Today was actually a rather stressful day and I didn't over eat! Usually on days like today I'll crave chips, but not today! Thanks to SW & cRave!!!!

1:00 pm almonds, SW

3:30 pm chicken, spinach, almonds, & carrots

Good Morning!

I'm very happy this morning, my kids are almost out of school!!!! Today is the last day for my oldest, he doesn't want to go the last two days! Yeah! I love having my kids home for the summer. I live for summer mornings, waking up to the warmth of the sun when I go out to feed the horses enlights my spirit. I soak up the smells of the beautiful flowers in bloom and seeing everyone out playing in their yards... really, does life get any better than this!!! :P

Anyway, I went to a ZXoom meeting last night, they now offer a distributor activation for only $199! That's wonderful news, now more people can begin their ZXoom business. Seriously, timing is everything, this company is going to be so big so fast! I'm deeply grateful to be a member of the outstanding team. It's like we're all a family, seriously!

I have to get ready for the day. I've already exercised this morning.... I woke up at 5:30 am! That's just not right... I've been waking up with the sun... I really need to get to bed earlier if I keep this up. Have a fabulous day!

Yesterday was a fun day even though it rained all day. Our family party was wonderful. I'm so grateful for this time of year. I can't even begin to express my excitement for summer! I love it so much! I wish I lived in Southern California, I always daydream about living there on a beautiful ranch. It's my dream to live on at least a 10 acre ranch filled with green fields, with an indoor arena and a beautiful barn filled with magnificent Friesians, and of course Page & Flash. And to top it all off, it would all be paid for! :P Someday I'm sure I'll have something similar to that... but it will never be in Cal, my family all lives in Utah.

Anyway, today's going to be great day! I'm looking forward to meeting new people and introducing Liv SXinney to them. I love SXinney Water soooo much! I can't wait to see where I'll be in a year from now. I'm going to work my fanny off and look foreword to receiving the fruits of my labors ($$$). It's perfect timing with the economy as it is, my construction company has slowed down a bit. We still have two home going but we usually have at least 5 underway... it's nice to have a break I must say. I do hope and pray however that our spec sells this week! I really need it to, the stress is getting rather old - my energy is really low right now. So please think happy thoughts that it will indeed sell this week! That would literally be an answer to my prayers.

I've also decided to continue keeping my diet logged on my blog when I have extra time to write at the end of the day. I ate well yesterday until my cute mother brought out a deep dark decadent chocolate cake! I picked at it a little - and of course I wished I hadn't. So I'm going to keep a log of my diet and exercise. My fatigue is still in overdrive, so I won't be able to do cardio; however, I'll do weights training - I haven't for over two weeks. I have to keep moving. It's been equally as frustrating not having the energy I need to exercise properly... did I say how much I need our spec to sell?????? ugh!

TIP OF THE DAY...

When beginning a weight loss program be sure to measure before you begin your journey. You can also take a before photo to help you stay on track. The scale doesn't always tell the truth about your success. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you're exercising and drinking Liv SXinney Water and cRave then you'll lose fat much more quickly - which means inches will melt away. So be sure to measure weekly, exercise at least 5 days a week, and drink at least 80 oz of Liv SXinney Water a day. And before you know it, you'll be on your way to achieving your weight loss goals!

Happy Memorial Day!

Today's such a special day, remembering our ancestors and those that fought for our freedom. I lost an uncle, Richard, in WWII, he died in 1945 in the Battle of the Bulge. He was my father's oldest brother. Uncle Richard was reported missing for 8 long years before they found his remains. My dear grandmother would cry each time she spoke of her lost son. She would often tell me of how she would see his smiling face each time the kitchen door opened. It would break my heart to hear her tell of her sad experiences as tears would roll down her beautiful face. What a blessing they're together again. I miss my grandparents very much, they have all passed away. But every now and again I can feel them with me in spirit. I know I'll be with them again someday, and for that I am deeply grateful.

My family's Memorial Day tradition is to gather together to go to the cemetery to pay tribute to our loved ones, and then afterwards we have a BBQ at my parent's home. However, it's raining again!!! Ugh! It's so frustrating and it's cold too!!!! What a bummer! Yesterday was beautiful, we should have gotten together after church instead.... oh well... I'm sure we'll make the best of it.

My parents came over yesterday, I love them so very much. Our kids love it when they come to visit, they live close to us and so we're able to see them often. We are so blessed to have such a happy, loving family. I love family more than life! I couldn't imagine my life any other way.

TIP OF THE DAY....

Keeping a daily log of your diet is a great way to stay on track. When you're honest with yourself and write down everything you eat, you'll think twice about eating too often or the wrong foods. It will help you stay focused on your goals.

I start out the day by writing a positive affirmation on the top of the log sheet. And at the end of the day I write my feeling on how I did - I always write positively. If you haven't kept a diet journal before, give it a try, it's very simple and very motivating.

Hi everyone!

Wow! What a fabulous day it has been. I did a computer radio show this morning with my dear Sxinney sisters, Heidi & Kellyann, at Planetary Streams.com. We had such an amazing experience!!!! We had such a great time. When I met Kim I felt as though she was a long lost friend. It was magical. I have to say that I love synchronicity! We all had such a wonderful time and after the show we went out for lunch, it was lovely. I enjoyed every minute with them and before we knew it was time for our children to come home from school. It was great just to sit down and visit. We'll be back next week again to do another show. I'm really looking forward to it! I feel incredibly blessed to have all these outstanding people show up in my life! BTW, you can listen to it tonight at 5 pm and 10 pm MST. Also, we did a little 2 minute commercial as well you can watch. It really was such a fun, fun day!

And now my kids are home, so I have to run. I'll touch base tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening! :)

TIP OF THE DAY....

Goal setting is essential when beginning a weight loss or fitness plan. Set short term goals that are achievable. Write them down and read them everyday when you wake up and before you go to bed. For example if you want to lose 10 lbs of here are 4 goals you could use to achieve your desired goal.

1. I will be 10 lbs lighter by May 15th or I am 10 lbs lighter!
2. I will eat 5 to 6 nutritious meals a day or I eat 5 nutritious meals every day!
3. I will exercise at least 20 minutes 3 days a week or I exercise 20 minutes a day easily.
4. I will drink at least 80 oz of SXinney Water a day or I drink SXinney Water all day long.

Speaking in the present tense will bring your goals to fruition quicker. Be sure to also write down at least 5 positive affirmations that will support your fitness goals. For example you could write, "I am fit, thin & healthy!" "I have tons of energy everyday!" "I am joyful & happy!" "Life supports me abundantly in every way!"

I can't underestimate the power of positive thinking. So focus each day on your goals and before you realize it you will be well on your way to achieving your goals! And when you do reach your goals reward yourself - you'll deserve it!

Good morning,

Last night we had a ZXoom meeting at the corporate office, it was a great success. I'm still pinching myself that I'm one of the first to begin this incredible journey. I can't even express the gratitude I feel for this opportunity. I love everyone that has joined the ZXoom team. They're all seriously so cool! My best friend, Heidi, and I have so much fun working together. She introduced Liv SXinney Water to me, she's such a doll! We have fun talking about our dreams and all the fun things we'll do together with our families. The financial success I can make with ZXoom is literally a dream come true! And I dream BIG! :)

Well, today is a cold raining day! Ugh! I'm thankful for the moisture; but I'd rather it rain all night and wake up to the beautiful sunshine. And on rainy days I don't get to play with my horses... it's just not as enjoyable. But that's okay, I'll get a lot of work done from home... Listen to me, I don't even want to go outside... I'm so silly.... lol.

I signed up two people yesterday! I'm thrilled to have them a member of my Dream Team. They're both dear friends. And today I'd like to sign up two more. I believe in the products power of healing in addition to weight loss. So I want to tell everyone I know about how awesome Liv SXinney is! Within a short amount of time Liv SXinney will be well known. I'm so excited about the future!!! Life really is so good!!!

Hey there!

Well, I'm happy to report that I slept great! I feel a lot better - yeah! And it's supposed to be 95 degrees today! I'm stoked! And I'm tickled that I feel stronger; I was actually able to workout this morning!!! I'm so excited!!! Today's going to be a great day! I was able to workout longer with heavier weights, thanks to my yummy SXinney Water. I still don't feel 100%, my head & chest are still a bit congested, but SW gave me the strength to get through my workout. I couldn't live without SXinney Water at this point. My kids drink it all day long too now, their bodies are craving it too. It's incredibly healthy, I love that my kids are drinking it too.

I've decided to get back on track with my fitness goals. This past month or so I haven't been able to workout as hard and as often due to my fatigue. And my physique is reminding me of that. I'm softer than I prefer to be. So I've set new goals to refocus. I'm going to get to bed sooner and to eat healthier. I use cottage cheese too much for my protein, when I should be eating more tuna, chicken, fish, & eggs instead. I've been so crazy busy that I haven't been preparing as I should. So I'm going to cook up some chicken breasts & brown rice today to have already made meals to save time. And I'm going to have a veggie or fruit with each mini meal. I'm going to try to eat 3 main meals with 3 protein snacks between meals eating every 3 to 4 hours. I hope to have 5 to 6 meals a day primarily of protein and veggies. By eating clean and drinking a gallon of water consisting of primarily of SW I'll be leaner sooner - and that my friends makes me happy!!!! :)

Well, I better get going I need to train Flash & I have a lot on my to-do list as well. Have a good one!!!

I did well, but I didn't eat as often as I had hoped... busy day again! Anyway here's what I ate.

I feel good, I'm grateful for SW, it makes up for my low veggie intake! I love SW!!!

TIP OF THE DAY....

Do you have a skinny or fat refrigerator & pantry??? If you want to accomplish your weight loss goals then don't buy foods that will tempt you and sabotage your weight loss efforts. Instead, stock up on lots of fresh fruits & veggies. Have plenty of eggs, meats and low fat cheese. And if you have to have a snack go for air-popped popcorn without butter & salt - add a little light butter spray and you're set! It's loaded with fiber and fun to eat.

And be sure to drink plenty of water. Did you know that drinking up to a gallon of water a day will raise your metabolism? Add some SXinney Water and you have the perfect summertime beverage. So next time you go shopping think twice about what you put in your cart.

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. I was sick for most of it with a horrible head cold - I'm still recovering. But I had a wonderful weekend. After church my cute sister and her family & my brother came over to celebrate my husband's birthday. I wasn't up to doing it so they brought all the food including the cake and ice cream! They're so awesome! The kids were in heaven playing together and the horses had a ball watching them in the back yard. It was really nice. Then after my sweet parents came over to visit as well. It really was such a relaxing day. The weather was perfect - I'm so excited for summer I can hardly stand it! I have to admit I often wish I lived in southern Cal to be able to enjoy sunshine all year round - I truly live for the sun!

Well, I'm happy to report that I ate clean over the weekend. I generally allow myself to have a cheat meal or day (depending on my mood) usually on Sundays. But I didn't this time. I think it's because of the SXinney Water & Crave. Normally I splurge when I eat with my family, but I didn't even have the desire to! I was very pleased. And since I haven't been able to workout lately due to my fatigue and not feeling well, eating clean helps me retain my muscle definition. I have to say again how grateful I am for SW & C, it's much easier to stay lean now. It sooo cool!

Anyway, I better get my little ones up and ready for school. Have a great day! :)

Hi there,

It's another beautiful morning, it's supposed to be a warm summer like day! I'm thrilled! I woke up with a soar throat this morning. I have to say that feeling under the weather is not fun when the sun is shining.... it makes me want to get out and play! But that's okay, my kids weren't feeling well last week, I probably just have the same cold they did. I'm sure I'll feel better once I drink my SW! ;P

Since joining the ZXoom team I have met the most amazing people! Most of which will be forever lifelong friends. I think about that a lot actually, I sincerely feel so blessed! I not only drink a supplement that is incredibly healthy for my body but I will be making really big money because of it!!! It's truly a gift from above. Its incredible that I'm part of an amazing company from the beginning - Liv SXinney launches June 1st. I have to admit that I was always gun shy whenever someone introduced an MLM company to me. I didn't want to be part of a company that was set up that way; however, I've learned so much since then... I'm so excited that ZXoom is a direct marketing company. I didn't understand the vast potential I would have in meeting so many wonderful people, helping thousands achieve their weight loss & health goals, and making a very large income to top it all off. How much better can it get??? I'm soooo happy to be a ZXoomer I can't even tell you! Liv SXinney Water is such an easy product to sell. I believe those that are in need of it will be drawn to it or I'll be led to them. And the most meaningful experiences of all is when I hear all of the miraculous success stories, they absolutely warm my heart and lifts my spirit! I love it so much!

TIP OF THE DAY....

To begin a weight lifting regime you don't have spend a lot of money to join a gym. You can do it in the comforts of your own home. All you need are dumbbells, a bench, a solid surface to stand on, and a mirror. All of which can be purchased at Target or Walmart. For woman you may want to start out with 5, 10 & 12 lb dumbbells. You'll need the mirror to watch your form as you're lifting. Proper form is crucial when lifting weights to avoid injury. Weight lifting will sculpt your muscles and as you continue to live the Liv SXinney lifestyle, you'll begin to notice new muscles definition - It's so exciting! Your self esteem will increase and pretty soon you'll feel empowered! And its at that point that you realize that you really can accomplish anything!

Yesterday was such a great day! My husband had a wonderful birthday, he surprised us and came home earlier than expected. We had my brother, Jeff, and my parents over. We were able to have a small family celebration, which was fun and relaxing. We're still having a big bash for him on Sunday. We'll have a ball I'm sure! :)

Today is going to be a great day! I'm looking forward to a warmer day with lots of sunshine. Seriously, the warm sun make a huge difference in my life & health for that matter. I live for sunny days! It's my definition of heaven on earth. So today should be awesome!

I'm ready to drink my SW & C before I work out. I have to say, that SW is such a gift! I couldn't imagine my life without it now, as crazy as that sounds, but it's true! I really am under a lot of stress right now with my construction company, and since I've been drinking SW it hasn't been as difficult on me as it could have. I'm staying focused on happy, profitable thoughts; I'm sure our spec home will sell very soon. It frustrating in the fact that when I get stressed (which isn't very often) my chronic fatigue kicks in. And that makes exercising so much more difficult for me... but its all good! I'm deeply grateful for my good health and the learning experiences that are placed before me. And boy, have I learned a lot! :P

I didn't do very well today... I was very busy and didn't plan a head. Preparing meals in advance is much easier to stay on track. I didn't really eat poorly, I just didn't get my veggies & fruits - thank heavens for SXinney Water (it's loaded with vitamins and minerals)!!! :P

TIP OF THE DAY....

To lose fat drink SXinney Water and CRave throughout the day. And when exercising do interval training for your cardio. For example, if you like to walk in the mornings, start out walking your normal pace which would be about 3 on a scale from 1 to 10. Then take it up to a 5 for one minute, and then an 8 which would be a really fast jog for one minute then a 10 which would be a sprint for one minute. After you would take it back down to a 3 and repeat the cycle again for at least 20 to 30 minutes. It will boost your metabolism and burn fat faster. So get moving! And remember to think happy thoughts! :)

Today's my sweetheart's birthday! We always decorate the house and have a family party in the evening. But he has to work late into the evening so we're going to have his official celebration on Sunday after church. We'll have our families over for a BBQ and games. It's supposed to be 90 degrees! Yehaw! I can hardly wait, it will be a lot of fun for sure!

I woke up feeling better today - yeah! I've been on the computer all morning working and I have a meeting at 9:30 am, so I won't be able to workout until later, which is always a bummer. I like to workout directly after my kids go to school. Having a designated time for exercising is what works best for me. I love working out sooooo much! When I miss it I it's always at the back of my mind on my to-do list.... that's why I like to have it checked off my list each morning. I'll just have to do it later this afternoon.

I actually did pretty well today I happy to say. I've ate every often which is great, and I made healthy choices... even on my hubby's special day.

There ya have it! I actually made a pinky promise with my kids to eat clean for one month! They're so cute, they think it's fun helping me with my fitness goals. It's now a family affair. :P

Good Morning!

Today's a great day! The sun is shining and the it's supposed to be warmer beautiful day. My family didn't feel well yesterday and so we rested all day long! It was so nice to have my children with me, I love it when they're home from school - that's another reason why I love summer so much. Unfortunately, I still don't feel 100% today either, so I'm sure I'll have to rest today as well. But I'm happy and looking forward to wonderful spring weather. I have to say that this has been such a cold spring... ugh! I much prefer the hot sun any day! I tease my husband all the time and tell him that we're going to move to St. George, UT - I would love that so much!!! But our families are here so we won't be going anywhere, not to mention we're both self employed and have established our businesses here. I love where I live, I just wish the weather would stay warmer for longer than just summertime.

Anyway, I'm going to try to lift weights today. When I'm not feeling well working out generally makes me feel worse. After I drink my SXinney Water & eat breakfast I'll see how I'm feeling, I hope to have a surge of energy so I can... here's to wishful thinking! :P

I'm happy to report that I was able to workout! Yeah! I did upper body weights, I wasn't strong enough to do cardio too, but that's okay. I'll eat really clean today to make up for it.

TIP OF THE DAY....

To increase muscle mass quickly be sure to eat pure protein with each meal, including snacks. For breakfast you could have 5 egg whites or a protein shake, for lunch eat tuna, chicken or cottage cheese, and for dinner have steak, fish or turkey. And for snacks have a protein bar, protein drink or cottage cheese. Try to keep your portion sizes in check. Remember the size of the palm of your hand is a serving... not the size of your entire hand! :P

Try to eat clean for all of your 5 meals (a protein, complex carb & veggie) at least 3 days a week for starters. And then gradually you'll notice that you'll prefer whole foods and it will becomes a way of life. And don't forget your SXinney Water & CRave to assist in your weight loss goals. By eating clean and drinking your SXinney Water and CRave you'll see results much sooner and feel healthier too!

Wow! What a weekend.... I hope all of the mother's reading had a very happy Mother's Day! I sure did! I had such a wonderful weekend. First of all the ZXoom conference was a great success. Everyone that attended were absolutely remarkable! I met so many amazing people. I enjoyed meeting each and everyone. I'm have to say it again - I'm incredibly grateful to part of such an awesome company from the beginning. I'm tickled that ZXoom is still at the pre-launch stage. I'm not only passionate about the miraculous products but I'm also psyched about the compensation plan - The amount of money I'm going to be making is huge! I sincerely believe that Liv SXinney is an answer to my prayers in more ways than one.

When I returned home from the ZXoom conference late Saturday afternoon I came home to a spotless home & the barn chores & yardwork were all done as well. My adorable family worked all day for me. I like my home clean and tighty. Coming home to a clean home made me so happy. Then my sweetheart surprised me with an overnight stay at Little America for the family. We had a ball! When we came home we spent Mother's Day at my parent's home with my family. All of the kids had such a wonderful time playing with their cousins. It warmed my heart to see them all having so much fun.

I have to say I had such a perfect weekend other than my eating yesterday! I decided to let my eating guard down and really enjoy all of the yummy food that we had a dinner - and there was a lot! And let me tell you what.... I feel awful today! It was soooo NOT worth it!!! I feel puffy, tired, heavier, and disappointed that I ate so much. That was a perfect reminder of why I do not like to eat that way. It's okay I know, but today I'm refocusing my goals and I'm going to enjoy my SXinney Water and CRave throughout the day. I really did have such a memorable time with my family; however, next time I'm going to keep my eating in check. Living fit and thin is way more enjoyable than how I'm feeling right now. So as I've said before... I'm thankful it's a new day! A new beginning to start my goals off right.

Hey there!

Today's the big ZXoom event in Sandy, Utah. I'm going to be their fitness representative. I'm really excited at the thought of helping hundreds of fabulous people. I woke up really early again today... my precious daughter had a bad dream at 5:30 am this morning. I tried to go back to sleep but without luck. But that's okay, I feel better than yesterday and it's a beautiful day!

I've already exercised. I did 7.5 miles on my bike and full body weight training. I typically do split training, (upper body training one day and lower body the next) but I haven't been able to workout for most of the week. When I go longer than 3 to 4 days without exercising I always start back with a full body workout, and then go back to doing the split training in addition to cardio everyday.

Well, I've decided to write in my blogs Monday - Friday, I need downtime to veg with my adorable family. If you have any questions on the weekends, write me! I check my email and blog comments daily. I'd love to hear from you!

TIP OF THE DAY....

Remember the most important meal of the day is breakfast - literally. The metabolism needs a jump start after fasting all night. If you don't have time to make breakfast, mix a protein drink, (I suggest buying a hand mixer it's much faster and makes its nice and smooth.)

And for those that work and don't have time to grab lunch or snacks, prepare your meals before hand and take a sack lunch & a box of protein bars. And remember your SXinney Water. Bring a bottle of SXinney Water to work and leave it in the refrigerator so you can add it to your water and drink it all day. You're body will love you for it!

Good Morning,

Yesterday was a special day, I sponsored two very dear friends in ZXoom. I love them so very much. I felt impressed to contact both of them about two weeks ago, so I did. I knew that SXinney Water would be an answer to their prayers. When I introduced SXinney Water & CRave to them it was so fun! It was as though it was meant to be. One of my friends began to cry when she committed to living the Liv SXinney lifestyle. My heart was touched deeply. I'm looking forward to assisting her in achieving her weight loss goals. It will be wonderful to watch her health improve as well. I'm very sincere when I say that I truly believe SXinney Water & CRave is a gift from heaven.

I have another full day. I'm still fatigued unfortunately; however, I really do believe that I would be in bed if it wasn't for SXinney Water, it's helped me tons! But I don't have the energy to workout again... ugh! I just need our spec home to sell quickly... I'm focusing on lots of happy thoughts!

TIP OF THE DAY....

I get a lot of questions about when to exercise with a busy schedule. I highly recommend doing it first thing in the morning. If you only do cardio for 10 minutes to start out, that's great! If you haven't workout in years you can begin by walking in place while watching TV for a few minutes, and as you begin to feel stronger do it for a few more minutes than the day before.

I always wake up and put on my exercise clothes before walking out of my bedroom. That way I'm ready to go! Then I take some CRave & drink my SXinney Water to ensure I'll have extra energy for my workout. Make exercise a priority in your life. The rewards are endless. You'll feel better about yourself and you'll lose weight faster too! And that makes for a happy fulfilling life! So get moving! :)

Hi guys!

Well, I'm awake, but sadly I didn't sleep that great... But I'm happy, I just have a lot on my mind, when I do my sleeping isn't the greatest. I have so much going on today that I actually woke up before 6 am... I would've preferred to sleep in until 7 am but my body decided otherwise. It's crazy how that works. I'm looking forward to a fabulous day. I have a meetings for most of the day again regarding SXinney Water and then I have to check on our homes we're building. We really need to sell our spec home this week! Please pray that we will! It will take a huge load off of my shoulders. Our home is so beautiful that it will make a loving family very happy for years to come.

For any of you that are interested in becoming a ZXOOMER with me, there's a "By Invitation Only" meeting on Saturday from 1-4 pm at the Karen Miller Convention Center in Sandy. I would love to have you there and meet all of you! So if you can come please do! The tickets are $10 at the door, it's going to be a lot of fun! :)

Good Morning,

I actually slept really well last night! I'm so happy. Actually drinking SW has helped me so much with reducing my stress level and sleeping. I just have to do my part and be sure to get to bed on time. I'm feeling tons better today though, for that I am deeply grateful.

I'm really looking forward to having a delightful day. Kecia & I have a spec home for sale, we're very hopeful and thinking happy thoughts that we'll have it sold this week for sure! Yeah! That will be a huge blessing in our lives - I can't wait for the economy to improve. But we're blessed to have our current clients we're building for. I love building homes for loving families. We have the greatest clients, they become friends for life! I'll keep you posted on our spec house - it's so beautiful, I really do love it!

I'm so, so excited for school to be out... I can't wait to have my kids home with me. We have tons of fun together, I live for their hugs and kisses. I'm excited for summer in so many ways!

I'm riding my bike right now, I'm almost half way. I'll touch base later this evening with an update of my diet. I'm going to really stay focused on my end result - I'm going to visualize my body as though I have already achieved my fitness goals.

Today was truly such a busy day, I met several amazing people which I introduced to SXinney Water. I truly hope they join my team - I loved each of them and hope to have the opportunity to work with them, we'd have a wonderful time I'm sure...

I prefaced that because my eating was not that great. I went too long between meals, but ate good non the less. And I have to say that before I left home I took a handful of CRave packets with me and had them throughout the day. And at 3:00 pm I realized that I had to eat... I literally was not hungry! It was soooo cool! Anyway, here's what I ate today...

7:00 am SW & CRave, vitamins & protein drink with water (I always eat first thing in the morning to jump start my metabolism.)

12:00 pm 32 oz SW & CRave

3:00 pm Protein bar, 1 orange, SW & CRave

TIP OF THE DAY....

When eating a clean diet if you happen to 'fall off the wagon' or find yourself sabotaging your efforts, don't get mad at yourself and give up. Just realize that you didn't eat as well as you would've liked for that one meal. Regroup and focus on your goals and then eat clean for the rest of the day. And remember to think positively about yourself. Be sure to drink your SXinney Water and CRave. That will dramatically assist in clearing the cravings for the salty, sugary foods.

Hi there!

Well, this morning I woke up very tired... I went to bed way too late and woke up early. Its going to be more difficult to exercise today, but that's okay. I've had my SW and protein drink & vitamins prior to hitting my gym. I already did my cardio, it wasn't as easy as usual. I actually need a lot of sleep, especially when I have a lot going on in my life - like now. I've been really busy lately with my construction company, ZXoom business & horse training - not to mention being a attentive mother & wife. But it's all so good. Life is exciting and full of wonderful experiences. I'll get through today with a positive mindset, good wholesome food and a happy attitude.

My cute husband has been rebuilding his engine in his twin turbo Supra. I love to walk out to his garage and watch him at work. He has one fast car, he does a 1/4 mile in 11 seconds, and that was with his old engine! His new one will be even more powerful. He's really gifted, he's done all the work on it himself! He's been in magazines and people from all over the world contact him for his expertise. He has a professional car lift in his garage, it's pretty cool. I have to say that I'm so grateful spring has finally arrived for good. It's fun to see all the sports cars, convertibles & motorcycles on the road. There's nothing more enjoyable than a bright sunny day. I love this time of year so, so much!

I've already finished my cardio this morning, I did 10 miles. My body's still weak - my chest and head hurt again from lack of sleep - ugh! It was more difficult, but that's okay, I did it! Yeah! And once I get my kids off to school I'll continue my workout by doing lower body weight training. My legs get bulky really easy so I have to do light weights and high reps. Building muscle quickly runs in my family. My brothers are big solid guys naturally, they're very blessed. I'm grateful I love to exercise, but I really do have to be careful not to over train. I like long, lean muscles on women - not big and bulky. In addition to building muscle fast my family also gains weight easily. That's why I really have to eat clean to keep a lean physique. I'm still not yet where I want to be, but I've set my goals and I'm focusing on them daily. I will achieve them very soon, it's a fun journey and I'm learning so much along the way.

I'm going to eat very clean today - just wait and see! I started my day off with my SW, vitamins, protein drink and happy thoughts. It's going to be a wonderful day for sure!

Good Morning!

Today's a great day! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and I actually feel well again - not a 100%, but I'm almost as good as new. I feel well enough to workout again, yeah! I won't be able to do cardio yet, (my chest still hurts) but I can do weights. I'll start with 20 minutes warm up, do upper body weights and I'll end with stretching. I'm really excited to get going.. I'm so grateful for my healthy body.

I have to confess that I didn't eat well at all this weekend...(that's always a bummer.) When I don't feel well I tend to snack a lot. I didn't really eat anything that's unhealthy, I just ate way too often... and that doesn't make for a lean physique. And now I have to make up for what I call 'damage control.' So I've decided that I'm going to keep my diet journal on my blog - how's that for scary! lol. I'll end each day with what I ate and hopefully it will be all good. That will help me reach my fitness goals much more quickly. :) Its amazing how quickly I lose my muscle tone when I don't workout and eat badly. I haven't been able to really workout good and hard for over two weeks... and when I fell off the wagon with my eating that made for a soft cuddly body - no fun. But thankfully I'm back on the wagon and rearing to go! :)

Yesterday was such a fun day. We just relaxed and enjoyed each other all day. We went up to SL to visit my sweet mother-in-law. I'm so proud of her she finished a weight room in her home. When I first saw it I was thrilled! She did such a great job, she as her free weights, bike, TV, and a big mirror - she did it perfectly! She's going to be one fit lady very soon! I love it when my loved ones get into fitness, there's nothing more empowering than feeling healthy, fit & thin! I love it!!!!

This weekend is the first horse show of the season and I haven't been training my horses like I should... I'm trying to decide if I'll just go for it anyway or wait until next month. I love to show my horses, its fun hanging out with people that have the same passions as I do. And my awesome younger brother, Jeff, is my groomer. He goes to all the shows with me, we have a blast together. He's so wonderful!!!! I love him so, so much. And my family loves supporting me, they're my cheerleaders, it means a lot to me to have them at the shows. And to top it off I have to speak at ZXoom's first seminar on Saturday. I'm looking forward to that as well, it will be a lot of fun I'm sure. So I'm going to have another very busy week! But it's all so good!!! :)

Well, my younger children just woke up, my older child is off to school already. I have to say, being a mother is the greatest gift in my life! I love my children more than life!!! What a blessing to have their powerful little spirits teach each day how to be a better person. Children are truly a gift from above. I better go I need to get them ready for school...

Good Morning...

It's such a beautiful morning. Our puppy, Chance, woke me up this morning, he's so adorable! But unfortunately I'm not feeling very well.... Ugh! I have a soar throat and my head hurts, what a bummer! Oh well, I guess I'll be laying low today. That means no exercising for me, again...

I have a hard time resting I have to admit. I like to stay very active especially on Saturdays. My kids love Saturday mornings! They always go out & play in our backyard - they love the morning air. They're out doing sidewalk chalk on our patio - it warms to my heart to watch & hear them laugh & play together. My son made a big Liv SXinney logo - how cute is that! I'm telling you, I love the stuff and so does my family. We have a lot of fun together on the weekends - I truly live for my family. On Saturdays we clean our home and muck out the stalls in the barn. Believe it or not but spending time in the barn is very therapeutic. We spend a lot time with Page & Flash, they get lots of attention, they're very spoiled. They get extra grooming and exercise on the weekends. (It's important to me that my horse are in great shape too.) And now I'm not feeling well enough to enjoy the outdoors with them... sigh... Oh well, life is good so I'll just have to appreciate my R&R...

I guess I'll just rest and read a lot today. And I'll be thinking happy thoughts of gratitude so my body will recover more quickly. The power of the mind is incredible. I'm very grateful for my healthy body; its just telling me that I need to slow down a bit - I've been so busy lately. I'll be back on top very soon I'm sure.

TIP OF THE DAY....

When exercising be sure to always warm up your muscles for 10 minutes prior to lifting weights or doing interval training. Your muscles will develop quicker and you'll have less recovery time by doing so. And remember to finish off with stretching the muscle groups you worked. And before you know it you'll have long lean muscles!

Hi there,

This morning is absolutely beautiful! The sun is shining and the birds are singing, and I have a smile on my face! My kids are off to school so I'm taking a moment to relax and enjoy the moment with my bottle of SXinney Water next to me. I seriously can't seem to start my day off without it anymore... :P

Anyway, yesterday was a difficult day for me, I saw a horrific accident on the way home from SLC, it made me cry. I pray that the family members involved and left behind are being blessed with comfort and peace. I raelly thought about how grateful I am for my healthy happy family. In just a few seconds that poor family's life was literally turned upside down... my heart still aches for them. Life really is so precious. It always makes me sad for those who sincerely don't appreciate & respect their family members and friends... life's way too short not to. I woke up with a lot of gratitude to Heavenly Father. It seriously was heartbreaking to see the accident, it was a sight I'm sure I won't soon forget.

But on the bright side it's going to be a warm weekend. That means I'll be able to ride my horses a ton! Yeah! I love to ride and live for the warm weather so I can get out and play. And my family loves to play in the barn and spend time with Page & Flash too. We seriously are in heaven when were in our backyard (that's where our barn is). I'm grateful that spring is finally here.

Well, I better get going, I have a full schedule once again. Have a fabulous day!

Good Morning!

It's May 1st and I woke up to snow!!! No fun! Oh well, at least it won't last. I'm telling you what I'm such a sunshine girl.

Last night was so much fun, I did the LivFit Radio Show with Cori Dyer and her guests. We had such a great time talking about fitness and how Liv SXinney Water is helping us all achieve our fitness & health goals. SXinney Water and CRave are such awesome products. I took the latest CRave (it's double the strength) for the first time the day before yesterday and when I woke up yesterday I felt tighter and leaner - literally!!!! :) I was one happy camper!

Today is another busy day. I have to get Chance to the groomers this morning and I have a bunch of meetings this afternoon both for my ZXoom business and for my Garden Gate Homes company. So it's all good! I really enjoy being active and having my days busy - especially when my children are in school. I'm always home for them both before and after school that's incredibly important to me. I love spending time with my family more than anything in the world. So I have to fit everything into my schedule while they're gone, my afternoons are generally very buys. And I also have to train my horses too to top it all off! That's my therapy time which I look forward to everyday. They're such loving horses, I adore them!

We're building two beautiful custom homes right now for two amazing families. I have to say that I love building so much! The people I meet and the friends I make are gifts from above. I feel honored to work with such wonderful people! My partner, Kecia, and I became friends years ago, it was always our dreams to own a construction company. We're quite the team I must say, we have tons of fun together. And my favorite little brother, Jeff, is our foreman. How lucky am I??? Jeff & I have always been the best of friends. I sincerely feel so blessed for all of my dear, dear friends and family around me. It sure makes for a happier life to live.

Well, I better get my day going... I've had my SXinney Water this morning so I'm ready to go! Have a great day! :)
