I cherish this time of year, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. The warmth of the energy that fills the air of giving, gratitude and unselfishness is absolutely wonderful! I relish time spent with my loving husband, children, extended family & friends, my heart overflows with love & gratitude, I am richly blessed beyond measure.

I adore gathering with my family as we give thanks for the infinite abundance Heavenly Father has blessed us with. I thoroughly enjoy & savor the delicious feast that's made with love, it fills my heart and soul with delight. It's a glorious day in every way!

It's also a day to forget all the clean eating rules. You don't need to worry about the weight that you'll gain, you can lose it within two weeks (by living the LivFit Lifestyle), unfortunately it comes on much quicker than it comes off. You don't need to worry about the fat grams or the high sugar desserts that you'll most likely pig out on either. Instead, focus on having an attitude of gratitude! Fill your heart with thankfulness to God for your health, loved ones and the bountiful blessings in your life. Doing so will allow your heart to feel more joy, peace & happiness.


Tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning... You can regroup and get back on track with your fitness goals.  It's not as difficult a you may think; begin by setting new goals & affirmations, visualize your physique as you wish it to be, exercise 4 to 6 days a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes and eat a small meal every 4 hours consisting of lean protein, good fats (with lunch & dinner) and lots of fresh veggies & salads.

Don't forget the importance of drinking at least a gallon or more of purified water, it will flush out toxins and keep your body well hydrated which will energize your sluggish body after a eating a huge Thanksgiving feast.  If you have Liv Sxinney drink at least 3 to 4 oz for the next 5 days to aid in weight loss, it will detox your cells which will release fat stores easier.

Would you like to lose 5 to 10 lbs before the Holidays?  Eating clean is 90% of feeling great & the key to losing weight even more so then exercising alone. Don’t get me wrong exercising is essential as well but eating clean will make or break your fitness goals & dreams.   You can do crunches, lift hard, ride the bike until your want to puke but if you turn around and eat junk food or high in fat, refined, processed foods you won't see the results you desperately desire.


To transform your body from flabby to fit & tone you don’t have to workout hard 7 days a week you just need to workout at least 30 to 60 minutes 5 to 6 days a week. Building a lean physique is attainable.  To live the LivFit Lifestyle is simply making exercise part of your daily routine, eating healthy, whole foods and keeping a powerful positive attitude. You can lose 5 to 10 lbs before the Holidays! 

Eating whole foods will not only aid in weight loss but you will also have a happier attitude about life, you'll be more patient, you'll have more self esteem & you'll feel empowered!  You'll also find that people will respect and look up to your more because your energy will shift.  When you take time for you and give thanks for all your blessings the world will seem brighter and you'll have more joy in your life.


Eating clean is to eat whole foods ~ that means NO white foods, high sodium, high fat, processed foods!  Eat the goodness of life lots of fresh fruits, veggies & nuts.  Eating a small meal every 3 to 4 hours consisting of lean protein, a complex carb, veggies & some good fat will jump start a lazy metabolism.

Drink a lot of water, at least a gallon a day, to assist your weight loss goals. Often times we mistake hunger for thirst.  If you get hungry between meals drink 10 oz of water and walk away form the kitchen.  If you're still hungry after 10 minutes grab a handful of raw almonds or eat an apple to hold you over until your next planned meal.  Drink Liv Sxinney throughout the day as well to detox your cells which will assist your weight loss efforts as well as give you more energy to get through your busy day.


If you’re finding it difficult to eat clean keep a diet journal. It doesn’t have to be fancy just a small notebook that you can keep with you easily. Write down everything you eat and drink, when and how you felt when you ate. Emotional eating can cause us all to gain unwanted weight and stress doesn’t help either. Practice stress management skills to release unwanted feelings by meditating, exercising, keeping a positive mental attitude and gratitude in your heart. Doing this each day you’ll find that you have more peace & happiness in your life and more to be grateful for.

Make eating healthy a high priority ~ and remember if God didn’t make it don’t eat it!

Join the Liv International Executives and IBO Leadership for a weekend dedicated to training you how to be the best leader for your group that you can be. Hear how others are building their teams, making new contacts, and using the tools and systems available.

Lunch tickets can only be purchased before November 5th.

Make the Best of Today

Do you recall a time when you thought, "What a coincidence!" Often what we might have thought of as an amazing coincidence is actually in reality a blessing from above that was perfectly orchestrated as a form of a miracle in our life. 

Can you think of a time when you knew that to be true?

Look back over the last several months of your life, when was the last time you received a tender mercy? What miracle was it?

Joy & happiness comes by having contentment in your heart. How can one be content when everything seems so out of sorts you may ask… It comes by appreciating the little things in life.

Focus on all the blessings that your divine creator has blessed you with. He knows what we need – He knows where we are needed. Each path leads us on a glorious journey, if we are continually grateful for all the good in our life He will continue to bless us with much abundance.

Having an attitude of gratitude will literally open doors where there were only walls… And you will soon find that you will have much more to be grateful for! He knows your heart better than you do. He knows the greatness that is in store for you. He will graciously pour down many miracles upon you if you but allow & believe that countless blessings are indeed in store for you.

Rejoice in your current situation. Give thanks for the life lessons learned. Then walk in faith knowing that the Lord is by your side each step of the way… Be happy by being content…
