Foods That Should be Avoided For People With Allergies


For those of you who have allergies, food selection becomes an absolute must if you do not want to come back allergies. Here are some foods that should be avoided for people with allergies
1. Fish and meat: Fish and meat is said to cause allergic reactions in some individuals. These reactions are mainly caused urticaria (itching and skin infections), gastrointestinal disorders and even asthma. 

2. Nuts: Peanuts cause allergic reactions such as disorders of the stomach problems, and rashes on the skin. 
3. Soy beans: presence and the high content of phytoestrogens in soy fiber is said to cause digestive problems such as stomatitis, diarrhea, bloating, and abdominal pain. 
4. Onion: and other vegetables such as carrots, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, sweet potatoes and pumpkin are also said to cause allergic reactions like skin rash, abdominal pain and gastric problems. 
5. Wheat flour: wheat gluten allergen said. It has been associated with accelerated symptoms of celiac disease in some people. Celiac disease is a condition that damages the small intestine lining and prevent it from absorbing important nutrients.
6. Cow milk: casein and beta-Protein lactoglubin known as a major allergen. When consumed cow's milk stimulates other allergic reactions including abdominal pain, loose motions, nausea, and others. 
7. Eggs: egg consumption for those who suffer from allergies can stimulate types of skin problems such as redness and rashes on the skin.
