Dangers Of Sleep After Eating

We are advised not to sleep immediately after eating. That could speed up fat. The words were not a myth. Not only can accumulate fat, straight to bed after eating, also had an adverse effect on our bodies. 1. Weight gain

2. Burning sensation in the chest

The second theory, a stroke can occur due to the hard work of our digestive system which affects the increase in blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels which in turn could trigger a stroke.
