Causes and How to Tackle When Experiencing Nosebleeds

6. Apply petroleum jelly or moisturizer to the inside of your nose before bed, to prevent dry.
7. Avoid impact on the nose.
Overcome when a nosebleed
1. Sit back, so that the nose is higher than the heart.
