What a day! :P

Today was such a great day! I had a great day with my kids at home relaxing with them. I also cleaned my house. I love a clean home, it makes me feel happy. My kids have been in heaven with the hot summer days. It was 93 degrees today - just right! I live for this weather, too bad it doesn't last longer.

I also received an offer on our spec home! Yeah! It was much lower than I had hoped but that's okay. And we had another family go through that may want to put in an offer too! They walked through twice today.... how awesome is that! My partner and I have an affirmation we always say, "We always sell our homes before they're completed." And I'm happy to report that we always have. When the market went soft we didn't ever fully finish our spec home. We recently decided to finish it by putting in the flat work and AC units... Now here we are again, we received an offer before we completed it! How cool is that! I told my son and he looked at me and smiled and said, "Then why didn't you finish it sooner?" He's a wise boy I must say, it made me think twice... I told Kecia and she laughed - we have so much fun together!

Then this evening I went to a Liv SXinney "Losers Wanted" training by Cori. It was so much fun! My other business partner, Irene, was there too. We have tons of fun together too. We talked on the phone for over an hour today - we have so much in common it's wonderful. I have to say that I love Liv SXinney so much! I have made the most phenomenal friends. I feel so blessed. My affirmation for my ZXoom business is, "I'm very happy & rich. I'm a diamond distributor!" And I will be (a diamond distributor that is)! The products are incredibly easy to sell and they really work. It's truly a gift from above!

I better get to bed... Tomorrow's going to be another fabulous day. I really do love life! What a joy it is to be alive in such a glorious time. Life really is so good!
